The hard style swing is the foundation of effective kettlebell training and the essential first step towards becoming proficient in all ballistic kettlebell movements such as the Clean and Snatch.

The Military Press is a classic test of strength and a platform for learning tension and the hard-style strength principles, while the Clean showcases the martial mix of relaxation and tension that the hard-style system is known for.

Join us for a 3-hour workshop in which we will breakdown, learn and perform these advanced fundamental kettlebell movements safely and efficiently.
