About the event
There is an opinion in the special operations community that if you work the double kettlebell Clean & Jerk hard, there is not much else you need to do. It is one of the best general physical preparedness (GPP) exercises we know of, with a broad range of effects including power, strength, muscle hypertrophy, fat loss and extreme conditioning.
Re-cleaning kettlebells before each jerk; the ‘long cycles’ is even more brutal than the Jerk alone and happens to be safer because it keeps “reloading” your muscles.
The Clean and Jerk involves nearly every muscle in the body-more so than any other exercise we know of.
As by now you most certainly are a ‘hard-living’ type and your training reflects this, join us for up to 2-hours in which we will breakdown, learn and perform this advanced movement and kettlebell lift safely and efficiently.
*students participating are required to have attended our Hard Style Two-hand Swing, One-arm Swing and KB Squat & Press workshops.
