Once complete, you are eligible for full club membership and will enjoy benefits like discounted workshops, an expanded curriculum, and an awesome supportive group atmosphere.

step 1. kb come-up

The ‘KB Come-Up’ is our hard style kettlebell club’s brief foundational phase that was designed to acclimate each student to the concepts, methods and safe training practices required to ensure successful participation and establish the movement competency required to confidently progress them into and through all four levels of our kettlebell club’s full skill and performance development curriculum. Our school of strength is pleased to offer the KB Come-up as either a group or an individual experience in order to best suit the specific needs of every student.

  • Diaphragmatic breathing, Bio-mechanical match breathing, Power breathing

  • Tension techniques - Irradiation, Feed-forward, Dominata

  • Hard style Plank

  • KB Sumo Deadlift

  • KB 2-hand Clean

  • KB Cheat Clean, One-arm Clean

  • Hard style 2-hand Swing

  • Goblet Squat

  • Military Press

  • Push-Up - Incline push-up, box push-up

  • Row

  • Lunge

  • Crawl

Skill Testing

  • Hard style Plank x20 seconds
